Bob is a Director in the Forensic, Litigation, & Valuation Services Group of CBIZ Tofias, the New England Division of CBIZ. He specializes in litigation support, business valuation, financial consulting and forensic accounting spanning over 20 years of experience involving the preparation and analysis of financial audits, forensic accounting and tax matters.
He is experienced in consulting with attorneys and business clients providing financial investigations, including the preparation, analysis and evaluation of damages for lost profits; business valuation in support of shareholder and marital interests; forensic accounting and fraud investigations; due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; business interruption claims; and surety related investigations. Bob has testified in arbitration and has been qualified as an expert witness in the U.S. District Court and the Probate and Family Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining CBIZ Tofias, he was a Chief Financial Officer of a large, privately-owned transportation firm operating in major metropolitan cities throughout the United States. Prior to that he was a principal in a Boston area CPA firm providing audit, review, tax and consulting services to privately-owned, middle market business organizations.
