As the President of Kansas City and Denver Employee Benefits divisions, Polly is responsible for running all facets of the business unit – from organizational culture, client retention to new business sales. Polly has a proven executive management track record with over 12 years of experience at CBIZ, with the last four years dedicated to leading a team of 70+ associates. During her tenure with CBIZ, Polly created the national onsite clinic consulting practice and currently leads the health innovation practice. Polly continues to work directly with clients as well on innovative employee benefits strategies aimed at controlling costs and recruiting and retaining employees. Polly works every day to create a work environment that thrives on growth, innovation, and empowerment for all the teammates she leads.
In 2019, Polly was named one of Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business and Employee Benefit Adviser’s Top Women in Benefit Advising. Polly is actively involved in many community initiatives, currently, Chair of the KC Chamber’s Executive Women’s Leadership Council and Membership chair for YPO KC while also serving on the board of First Call. Polly is passionate about mentoring and serves as a mentor to many women in the KC area.
