Nancy has worked in public accounting for over the past thirty years. She has in emphasis in providing tax advice and compliance to closely-held companies and high net worth individual clients. Nancy specializes in real estate development, leasing and continuing care retirement communities. She also has extensive experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Over the past few years, her interest and focus has grown to include the wine industry.
Nancy joined the accounting firm of Elwood & Espina, Inc. in 1985 and helped it became one of the premier accounting firms in San Mateo County over the next two decades. In 2007, the firm, at the time known as Elwood Espina Ferrell, LLP (EEF), merged with CBIZ SLD.
Nancy is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
Nancy is married and lives in Napa with her husband.
