Mike Lewis is a Director in the Litigation Support / Forensic Accounting practice areas for the Tampa Bay office and has more than 44 years of experience. Prior to joining CBIZ MHM, LLC he was founder and litigation partner of Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, LLC.
Mike has played a lead role in numerous business valuation and litigation support engagements, including matters related to small business relative to divorce and litigation, computation for estate tax planning and estate returns, business purchases/sales, buy-sell agreements, condemnations - state and local, pension/benefit plans, damage assessments, insurance claim analysis and NASD hearings – brokerage - negligence claims/investment analysis. He has provided specialized consulting on business valuation, dispute resolution and trial mediation.
Mike has been qualified as an expert for valuation and litigation support approximately 350+ times in Pinellas County and 50+ times in other Florida counties. He is also qualified as an expert for valuation, litigation support and financial forensics in Florida and California federal courts.
