Whether a client is seeking to become a public company, going through a merger or acquisition, or restructuring their current entity, Mark can advance their new tax strategies and business goals.
Additionally, Mark serves as a Business Tax Advisory Council Member in the Greater Memphis Chamber and is a member of Financial Executive International (FEI), the AICPA, and the TSCPA.
