Mark is a Tax Managing Director at CBIZ MHM, LLC and joined in 2008 after practicing tax law and working for Big Four accounting firms for several years.
Mark specializes in International Tax Services. He focuses primarily on serving the tax needs, both domestic and international, of large closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. This includes providing inbound and outbound international tax services, check-the-box planning, foreign tax minimization and Domestic International Sales Corporation (DISC) planning and compliance.
Mark also provides transfer pricing services, assistance with international tax reporting and tax controversy / IRS matters (including foreign bank account matters), and international estate and gift tax planning and reporting.
Mark is a licensed attorney in the state of California and has been admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, both from New Mexico State University. Mark also has a Juris Doctorate from The University of New Mexico School of Law, Summa Cum Laude, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
