Leigh is a Managing Director in the Tax Group at CBIZ & MHM New England (formerly CBIZ Tofias). He joined the company from the Boston office of McGladrey LLP where he was a director in the tax department. Prior to that, he served as a senior manager at two “Big Five” firms, including in Ernst & Young’s Boston tax practice.
Leigh has over 20 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners, including C and S corporations, LLCs and partnerships at a range of commercial and professional services companies. He has extensive experience in the areas of state, federal and international taxation, and assists corporate clients with strategic tax plans, acquisitions and dispositions, family wealth transfer plans, accounting method changes, and tax controversy. Leigh also assists individual clients with tax minimization and estate planning.
