Kathy Mills is a Managing Director in the Litigation Support / Forensic Accounting practice areas for the Tampa Bay office. She has more than 29 years of experience in family law and civil litigation, working closely with attorneys, focusing on expert witness testimony and collaborative law. She has had direct involvement with over 1,500 divorce cases, including courtroom, mediation, and deposition experience.
Kathy has a broad range of valuation experience including small business relative to divorce and litigation, estate settlements, equitable distribution cases, buy-sell agreements, pension/benefit plans and damage assessments.
She has been qualified as an expert for litigation support over 300 times in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Sarasota, Pasco, Manatee, Marion, Hernando, Lake, and Sumter counties.
