Karen is a Director based out of our Memphis office. A Certified Public Accountant, she has been serving clients for more than 10 years, specifically in tax services. Working with family-owned businesses and larger privately-held entities, she provides tax strategies and planning solutions for clients across multiple industries. Karen specializes in investment partnerships, particularly of a pass-through nature, and has experience in compliance for international and foreign reporting requirements. Whether they are setting-up or selling a business, Karen guides her clients through the tax implications of these transactions to ensure the best outcomes. She also works extensively to help her clients implement tax strategies in their operations in order to be prepared for today’s complex tax compliance environment.
