Jennifer started her career in 1995 as a workers' compensation adjuster. Since that time, she has assumed senior leadership roles working with a national broker, a third-party administrator, and a private client by managing claims, along with their risk management programs.
Besides her workers’ compensation knowledge, she has gained a considerable amount of knowledge in different insurance programs by predominantly working with large Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and large clients using a Captive or Program for their insurance needs.
What drives Jennifer’s passion is helping businesses reduce their overall insurance costs by providing expert claims advice, along with helping the organization redefine their approach to risk management and insurance. Providing guidance before or after a claim is at the forefront of Jennifer’s approach to helping a business control their overall insurance expenditures.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has earned several professional designations. At the foundation of these designations is a true desire to help her clients’ reduce their overall cost of risk, thus allowing them to receive the best terms, conditions, and pricing available in the insurance marketplace.
