Jay is a Managing Director of Corporate and Individual Tax Compliance and Research Services located in our Philadelphia office. An MST, he has more than 30 years of professional experience in federal, state and local level tax matters.
Jay’s duties also include the development of federal and state tax planning and implementation strategies, as well as education and development of the firm's professionals. He has provided tax planning and compliance services to clients in the manufacturing, commercial fishing, telecommunications, professional services, retail and transportation industries.
He is well-experienced in many areas of state and local taxation including nexus, residency, tax controversy and pass-through entity taxes. In the realm of federal taxation, he is frequently consulted on matters of business acquisition and sale structuring, pass-through entity taxation, individual taxation and COVID-19 relief programs for businesses.
