Daniel Klapheke is the Local market Leader of the Atlanta office. In this role, he is responsible for the management of the Atlanta Business Unit, including financial performance, strategic planning efforts, client satisfaction, and recruiting and retention of top talent. Dan is also responsible for managing the attest practice of the Atlanta office.
Dan is recognized as a national specialist in a variety of attest and risk management advisory services working primarily with mid to large market companies. His specialties include internal control risk analysis and fraud prevention, due diligence, benchmarking, and performance measurement. He also designs, implements and improves accounting systems and financial controls to help entities achieve performance, profitability targets, and prevent loss of resources.
Dan has spoken during various continuing professional education courses on current trends in accounting, FASB updates, and SOC standards.
