Dyan is a Managing Director in the Accounting and Auditing* Group and the Not-For-Profit & Education Practice. Prior to joining CBIZ & MHM, she worked in the Boston office of Grant Thornton in the Higher Education and Not-For-Profit Practice. Dyan has more than 25 years of experience providing audit and consulting services exclusively to the not-for-profit industry, including the education, healthcare, human services, and cultural sectors. Her expertise also includes managing financial statement and Single Audits; assisting in bond offerings; providing recommendations on internal controls, operations and accounting issues; assisting in bond offerings; and assisting in board support and development.
