Dave’s employee benefits career began with Aetna Health Plans in 1986 as an Employee Benefits Representative, responsible for the sale and implementation of large, self-funded, and fully insured plans and the retention of large policyholders. After several years with Aetna, Dave joined Humana in Kansas City where he gained experience and expertise in the Health Maintenance Organization arena. Dave joined CBIZ in 1994 as an Account Executive in the Major Accounts area, where he worked with medium and large employers in the management of their benefit plans. Currently, as a Benefits Consultant, Dave uses his extensive training and experience to assist clients in implementing cost-effective, competitive consumer-centric strategies; implementing alternatively funded programs, and working with clients to initiate long-term strategic plans.
