These clients fall within a broad range of industries, but are primarily within real estate, construction, hi-tech, manufacturing, and service related businesses. He has aided many clients in structuring syndications, tiered partnerships, tax-deferred exchanges, and other tax-advantaged strategies.
Bruce is considered to be a leading specialist in mergers and acquisitions of privately held companies. He is also well-versed in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board, handling audits, and working with the collections and appeals divisions of those agencies.
