Brooke is a Managing Director in our Memphis Tax Services Practice and has over 13 years of experience. She primarily serves complex pass-through and corporate entities across a variety of industries.
She is well versed in highly technical tax matters including state and local tax income and franchise tax planning, accounting for income taxes, accounting methods, Tax Cuts & Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) planning and mergers/acquisitions. She has extensive experience assisting complex multi-state and multi-national organizations with structuring their business operations in the most efficent tax manner.
Brooke devotes the majority of her time to managing and leading our client service teams in delivering on tax compliance and consulting engagements. She enjoys helping clients identify tax planning opportunities that strategically align with their overall growth goals.
