We at CBIZ, like so many of our clients and stakeholders, continue to navigate the ever changing COVID-19 public health crisis.  We are closely monitoring and following the guidance available through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and state and regional public health authorities.  CBIZ is taking action to protect the health and safety of both our team members and clients which will impact how we conduct our business. We want you to be aware of these changes and appreciate your partnership during this challenging time.

Effective immediately, our over 100 offices across the country will remain open but we are limiting office access to our team members only. We will be shifting all in-person meetings to be conducted by phone or video conference.  For clients needing to drop off or pick up sensitive documents or information, please reach out to your CBIZ contact for instructions.  In the event of a temporary office closure, we have contingencies in place to prevent disruptions in service and continue essential business operations.

We also want to protect the health and safety of our clients. To that end, we are taking the necessary steps to support our services remotely and wherever possible, our team members will no longer be working out of client locations.  Likewise, we are restricting all business travel until further notice. 

Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional services and we will be doing everything practical to continue to serve you with the same quality services, responsiveness and partnership you rely on from CBIZ. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding of these changes and are available to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
