Randall Cathell is an International Tax Managing Director in the Tampa Bay office and focuses on providing international tax services to both public (SEC) and private companies in diverse industry groups. He brings more than 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting to the role. Randall has extensive experience consulting on a wide array of issues including cross-border repatriation, withholding taxes, inbound and outbound tax planning and compliance, export tax incentives, bilateral tax treaties, FATCA, and tax reform.
Prior to joining CBIZ & MHM, Randall was an International Tax Director in Cherry Bekaert’s South Florida practice.
