Business Experience
Kelley joined CBIZ in 2015 as an onsite Wellbeing Coordinator with a client in Atlanta, where she supported a population of 9,000+ employees across 4 states for three years. Kelley currently serves as a Wellbeing Account Manager, collaborating with clients across the Mid-Atlantic region to survey clients’ needs, establish active wellbeing champions, find and enhance vendor partnerships, and promote a culture of wellbeing. Prior to CBIZ, Kelley supported a large healthcare system in Atlanta as a Program Manager where she developed and managed five corporate and community health programs and led several health education projects across the Metro Atlanta area. With 9 years in this industry, Kelley finds passion in creating cultures of wellbeing in organizations as well as equipping employees with the tools needed to be fully charged in all facets of life.

I love being active and outdoors. Between running, hiking, yoga and more, I’m always ready to move! If my husband, family and friends can join in – even better! I also love to travel, try new resturants and listening to true crime podcasts.
