Communicating with clients is a major part of Nikki’s role as account manager. She serves as the primary contact for coverage questions, certificate of insurance or auto identification card requests, and renewal preparation. Known for her accessibility, responsiveness and interpersonal skills, Nikki is dedicated to making sure the client is taken care of first.
Working in the restaurant and hotel industry early in her career instilled an excellent customer service mindset in Nikki. Her 20+ years experience in customer service includes 11 years in the insurance industry. She believes that trust is the foundation for success in business relationships. This means getting clients the information they need quickly and finding the answers to their questions so they know she will get the job done and meet their needs.
