Michael Marden leads the Interim Talent Solutions practice which assists organizations in placing interim talent without adding to headcount. When organizations require immediate solutions, such as professional consultants, interim executives, or contract-to-hire leaders he quickly places top talent. He also consults with organizations to unlock innovative talent and compensation solutions that improve recruitment processes and increase retention. Michael joined CBIZ / EFL Associates as a Senior Recruiter in 2015 and during his tenure he has been critically involved in hundreds of local and national executive placements.
