Overview
As Senior Vice President, Bob Franceschini devotes his time to overseeing Property & Casualty offices in the west coast. The industries these offices serve include agriculture, high tech, non-profits and habitational. Overall, he considers himself a generalist as he is well versed in many Property & Casualty areas. When working with clients, he takes a “just do it” approach as he proactively personalizes solutions that fit exactly what the client is looking for. Bob builds positive relationships with clients, carriers and claims professionals, which allows him to proactively advocate for his client’s best interest.
Before joining CBIZ in 2006, Franceschini worked as the Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance. Early in his career he started a self-insured workers compensation program for a group of Northern California beer wholesalers.
