Overview

Edward Riegl is a Manager in the Philadelphia office of CBIZ MHM, LLC. He has more than 25 years of experience managing both the corporate lending and new business development efforts for senior secured lending in commercial banking to privately held, middle market companies. His expertise lies in relationship-based lending and he has advised many C level executives of closely held businesses and start-ups. Edward has performed a variety of due diligence services for various commercial banks, specialty finance lenders, investment banks and private equity firms.

Prior to joining CBIZ, Edward worked with Citibank and was part of the senior management team of a de novo bank corporation. His duties have included creating internal commercial lending procedures and policies pertaining to underwriting, documentation, tracking, and ongoing servicing.
