Ray is a Director and Leader of the IT Risk & Assurance Practice at CBIZ & MHM New England (formerly CBIZ Tofias). His IT leadership expertise encompasses the areas of security & controls, strategy, infrastructure, applications, and finance. Ray’s experience includes developing and implementing strategic plans, executing large-scale integrations, improving operations, optimizing quality, strengthening security, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, he provides EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Regulation Services, including applicability assessments, gap analysis, remediation road maps, and reporting and monitoring.
Ray’s prior work experience includes over 23 years at United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he held several positions including Global IT Audit Director, Chief Information Officer for the Power Division, and Director of Infrastructure & IT Security Officer at UTC Aerospace Systems. Ray also served as the Security, Infrastructure, and Acquisition Integration lead on the largest acquisition in UTC history. Preceding UTC, Ray worked as an IT applications developer / analyst at General Dynamics, as well as Raytheon.
