Felicia Swauncy is a Senior Consultant in the national Risk & Advisory Services practice for CBIZ, Inc. She has served as a consultant to both public and private organizations in the area of finance and operations, risk assessment, auditing, internal controls review, and PCI audits. She has over 20 years of comprehensive experience directing operations through strategic planning. Felicia has worked in the past holding several C-Level positions for more than 20 years. She has been successful in developing and launching strategies to increase operational efficiencies, revenue outcome, and improve profitability. She has worked in healthcare, public transportation, government, and other professional services.
