Mr. Mignogna has more than 20 years of extensive experience in planning, administration and supervision of audit and other attestation engagements and feasibility studies for long term care, senior and assisted living and other health care providers.

Mr. Mignogna directs professional services including attestation engagements (for not-for-profit and for-profit health care providers). Mr. Mignogna also provides financial consulting services and has assisted clients with cash flow forecasting, industry benchmarking and arbitrage rebate calculations. Mr. Mignogna’s clients include nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, senior living communities and assisted living facilities.

Through direct involvement in health care industry transactions, Mr. Mignogna has accumulated notable experience in the realm of capital financing, including, tax-exempt bond offerings, debt refinancing and restructuring in connection with the sale and/or the acquisition, new construction and the expansion of nursing homes and senior living facilities.
