Mr. Nagle is a Managing Director in the Northeast Region of CBIZ Valuation Group and has been engaged in business and intangible asset valuation for over 30 years. He serves both domestic and international clients concerning the valuation of equity securities such as common stock, preferred stock, options, partnerships, and joint ventures. Mr. Nagle’s expertise includes providing opinions of value for multi-national acquisitions of inventory, trademarks, patents, software, libraries, non-competition agreements, customers, backlog, certificates of need, franchises, trade secrets, in-process research and development, deferred revenue, and guarantees. The valuations prepared by Mr. Nagle are used for purchase price allocation, transfer pricing, goodwill impairment testing, Internal Revenue Code Section 409a, ASC 718, estate and gift taxes, litigation, profit sharing, corporate tax planning, pricing divestitures and acquisitions, and restructuring. He is qualified as an expert witness and provides expert testimony regarding business valuation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nagle was a senior manager with the New York valuation group of KPMG Peat Marwick and also served as assistant controller for a private foundation.
