Overview
Mike Eggert is a Managing Director of CBIZ MHM, LLC and a Shareholder of MHM (Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.). He and his entire practice joined the Firm in 2016. He has more than 30 years of public accounting experience.
Mr. Eggert’s technical expertise is in providing tax and consulting services to privately held companies. He has experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, technology, professional services, and construction. He works extensively with pass-through entities and has aided many clients in structuring syndications, tiered partnerships, tax-deferred exchanges and other tax-advantaged strategies.
Mr. Eggert assists his clients with the tax aspects of entity choice, methods of tax accounting, applicable tax elections, and navigating the ever-changing tax code enabling clients to make informed decisions on income tax matters.
