Overview

Tom is an executive vice president at CBIZ Retirement Plan Services. He provides actuarial, design and consulting services to a broad spectrum of plan sponsors, including public and private corporations, tax-exempt organizations, union-management groups and churches. Through CBIZ RPS, Tom oversees plan design and defined benefit compliance. He has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field.

Tom lives in Maryland with his wife, Renee, and their dog, Bodhi. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, boating and jet skiing.

Community Involvement

Tom chairs the defined benefit subcommittee of ASPPA’s Government Affairs Committee.


He is a former president of the American Retirement Association (ARA), the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA) and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). He is also a former board member of American Academy of Actuaries (AAA).
