Steve Grove provides clients with value-added tax consulting and compliance services including guidance with the selection of business entities, analysis of income tax methods, and entity reorganizations and liquidations. He has experience with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue, including the preparation of Private Letter Rulings and Technical Assistance Advisement requests.
Steve has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, including eight years with a Big Four accounting firm. As a Certified Financial Planner™, Steve is able to assist clients in developing short and long-term plans for retirement, educational funding, and other wealth accumulation and income/estate tax saving opportunities.
