Overview
Mark Stoltz brings nearly 15 years of insurance brokerage industry experience. He specializes in alternative risk financing programs for high-performing, middle market companies. In this role, he assists the entire sales and business development office in recruiting new clients in the oil & gas, Construction, and transportation industries. Developing relationships makes Mark successful in his Business Development role. Specifically, he takes an analytical approach when developing a policy to meet the client’s needs. He looks at the growth outlook in their industry and the financial structure, and conducts background research to make sure the plan is a good fit for them. Mark goes above and beyond to anticipate and prepare for challenges rather than waiting and reacting once something has happened. Part of building client relationships Mark cites is connecting over shared interests. He strives to transform insurance from an expense to a financially rewarding outcome for clients. Outside of work, Mark enjoys participating in Crossfit, playing golf and spending time with his family.
