Overview
Denise is a Director in the tax and business consulting division of CBIZ’s Phoenix office. She has over 14 years of experience providing accounting, tax planning, and compliance services to a diverse group of tax-exempt and for-profit organizations.
Denise is responsible for tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners. She has developed specialization in business transactions, pass-through entities, estate and gift tax planning, and client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. She also has extensive experience with the review of federal and state corporate returns and manages multi-state issues as well as year-end planning and research for those clients. In addition to serving clients, Denise is active in the firm’s recruitment efforts.
