Mark Baricos has more than fifteen years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax compliance, planning, and consulting. Working with both publicly-traded and privately-held companies, Mark provides strategic business solutions for the unique challenges entities face in today's complex tax environment. Whether his client is going through a merger or acquisition, forming a new business, or restructuring their current entity, Mark works to advance his clients' tax planning strategies and business goals. Mark provides support for ASC-740, accounting for income taxes, and IRS defense, as well as supervises and coordinates federal and state income tax returns and tax examinations. He regularly speaks and writes on current trends in the industry, tax planning strategies, and legislative updates, such as the recent Path Act affecting international manufacturers. Additionally, Mark serves as a Business Tax Advisory Council Member in the Greater Memphis Chamber and is a member of Financial Executive International (FEI), the AICPA, and the TSCPA.
