Kay joined the organization in 1984 and has been serving clients for over 20 years. Her primary areas of client service are in tax planning and compliance, transactional analysis, business consulting, and client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board in audit matters. She works closely with clients providing them with comprehensive business and tax solutions.
