Overview
Danielle is a Director in the company’s tax and business services division. She specializes in income tax issues including compliance, planning, and business transactions and restructurings, for closely held businesses and their owners. She works with clients in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, professional services, wholesale, and manufacturing. Her background includes extensive experience with pass-through entities, multi-state income taxation, and high net-worth individuals. In addition, she has worked with clients on various international tax issues, including US ownership of foreign corporations, and non-US ownership of US entities.
Danielle has also worked with clients in planning opportunities and in entity structuring related to Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds, particularly in the commercial real estate area. Danielle is active in training and developing the tax staff and also takes part in implementing the tax department’s processes and use of technology.
