Emily Noll, MS, TWCC, is a progressive leader who has advanced our national engagement & wellbeing consulting practice to focus on helping organizations create the conditions for a healthy workplace culture. She earned a specialized license in Building Thriving Workplace Cultures, as well as, is a long-time member of the Wellness Councils of America. Emily is a subject matter expert in wellness program compliance, having delivered several presentations on this topic in collaboration with our legal counsel, and she is actively pursuing a compliance certificate from the Center For Health & Wellness Law, LLC. Emily endorsed the Ethical Wellness Code and is an active participant in the growing movement to ensure that employers are knowledgeable of and have access to evidence-based practices and providers. Emily was invited to participate in the inaugural Wellness Study Group hosted by the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers to discuss market insights and leadership that will shape this industry moving forward. Prior to coming to CBIZ she was the National Director of Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs and holds a masters’ degree in Organizational Counseling; as such, she continues to be a passionate advocate for mental health in the workplace, keeps abreast of these trends and contributes to articles on these topics by national benefits organizations and CBIZ’ monthly Wellbeing Insights newsletter. With more than 15 years in this industry, Emily finds passion in creating cultures of wellbeing in organizations as well as equipping employees with the tools needed to be fully charged in all facets of life.
I love being active, especially cycling and hiking, connecting with others, outdoor festivals and music, photography and being my kids’ biggest fan! Serving and collaborating with an amazing team, colleagues, clients and industry professionals brings me joy.
