Rhett serves as the Co-Attest Practice Leader for the Memphis office and shares the responsibility of overseeing quality control, risk management, personnel management, training, and business development for the attest practice. He also serves as the department lead on all technical matters. As a CPA with over 10 years of experience in public accounting, Rhett provides attest services to clients in a broad range of industries and specializes in transaction advisory services and financial due diligence for clients looking to grow through mergers and acquisitions. He also offers expertise in complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition, business combinations, impairment issues, share-based compensation, and fair value to name a few. His clients range from $5M to over $500M in annual revenue and include both domestic and international operations.
Rhett is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and maintains membership in AICPA and TSCPA. Additionally, Rhett is a Certified Fraud Examiner under the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and Treasurer of the Mid-South Chapter of ACFE.
