Kimberly Randolph is a Managing Director and Tax Practice Leader of CBIZ MHM LLC in the Boca Raton office. She has over 12 years of public and private accounting experience. Kim provides tax consulting, business advice and tax compliance services to large and mid-size businesses as well as high net worth individuals. She has extensive tax experience with publicly held and privately held corporations and flow-through entities such as LLCs, Partnerships and S Corporations. Kim has represented corporations, partnerships, and individuals under IRS audits.
Prior to joining CBIZ MHM, LLC, Kim spent four years in private industry with a publicly traded, multi-national corporation in various tax positions.
