Business Experience
Mr. McNally’s areas of professional experience include federal, state and local taxation, accounting and auditing, estate and financial planning, equitable distribution, forensic accounting and litigation support.
Mr. McNally has been a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania since 1986. Mr. McNally joined Jones, Hayward & Lenzi in 1986 as the Director of Taxation. He was a shareholder of Jones, Hayward & Lenzi from 1990-1998 and a director of CBIZ since 1998. Prior to joining Jones Hayward & Lenzi, Mr. McNally was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Internal Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer from 1978-1986.
Mr. McNally has provided testimony as an expert witness in Federal Bankruptcy Court, the Federal District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania and local courts of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia Counties.
Speaking Engagements
Mr. McNally has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and Pennsylvania Bar Institute and also been a speaker for the Continuing Education Programs sponsored by Temple University Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences Community College of Philadelphia and the Internal Revenue Service.
