Steve is the Senior Vice President of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services Inc. In this role Steve partners with the division product line business leaders on key priorities as needed and as assigned by the division president.
In addition, Steve is the CEO of CBIZ Life Insurance Solutions Inc. with responsibility for and oversight of both the retail and wholesale distribution channels for life insurance within CBIZ.
Steve, who joined CBIZ in 2008, also sits on the Senior Leadership Team of the CBIZ Employee Services Division as a contributor and partner in the strategic direction of the division. He brings with him 30+ years of experience and has successfully demonstrated his exceptional leadership talents as an entrepreneur and as a senior executive in several leadership roles within the private and public sectors. Having developed an expertise in organizational assessment, design and development, and strategic planning, Steve’s results-driven business acumen has been instrumental in moving businesses forward. He believes "success is about the people we serve; it's about our clients and our staff and our solid mutual relationships with both."
A Midwest native, Steve is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a B.A. in Communications. He is very active in the San Diego community as both a volunteer and donor to important local causes.
