Alicia  Kelly

Alicia Kelly has been an Account Manager with CBIZ (with MBS prior to the acquisition) for eight years. She began her professional career in 2001 as a corporate Benefits Administrator at Acsys, Inc. and then worked as a Senior Benefit Analyst in the corporate benefits department at Certegy, Inc. from 2002 to 2006.

Alicia specializes in the middle market segment; her areas of responsibility include servicing and maintaining a book of business, plan implementation, account administration, financial analysis and regulatory compliance.

Alicia received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University and her Master of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America. She also holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through the CEBS program and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
