Overview

With a long and successful career in employee benefits consulting, Joe provides his clients with the necessary insight to attract and retain employees and control costs.  All of this work focuses on the mid-sized market, 100 to 2500 employees.  He helps employers with health and welfare benefit plans.  Joe has a specialty in Employee Health Risk Management Initiatives, Onsite Health Centers, and Value-Based Plan Designs.  Joe is a seasoned Employee Benefit Consultant, Health Reform Law (PPACA) Specialist, Onsite Health Clinic Designer, and Health Risk Management Designer.

 

Joe provides strategic advice and support on all aspects of employee benefit plans, from client needs analysis and plan design to implementation and administration.  He also coordinates and oversees renewal projections, RFP design and analysis, experience analysis, plan design strategy and modeling, compliance review and network review.  Joe has been quoted in Reuters News, FoxBusiness.com, Philadelphia Business Journal, Entrepreneur.com, and many other publications.
