Amy A. O'Loughlin
Overview
Amy is a Director in the company’s tax and business services division. Amy is responsible for various tax compliance and research matters for tax-exempt entities and not-for-profit entities. Her duties also include preparation and review of tax-exempt organization returns. Amy has significant experience working with approximately 200 tax-exempt organizations on IRS compliance, multi-state issues, establishing tax-exempt status, and income, sales and payroll tax issues unique to tax-exempt clients. She sits on the CBIZ not-for-profit practice group steering and technical committees. She has done both internal and external training on various not-for-profit topics. Amy spends a majority of her time on consulting and compliance for tax-exempt filers.
Amy is an active member of the CBIZ Women's Advantage (CWA) Phoenix Leadership Committee - a program focused on providing our women with professional training, development, mentorship, recognition, and career enhancement.
