Kent has had a successful career in the financial and service industries for over 15 years. As a former owner of a mortgage brokerage firm, he has a strong background in organization and management. Prior to joining CBIZ, Kent worked as a financial services representative and registered investment adviser for MetLife.
In 2007, Kent joined CBIZ Advanced Strategies to build and implement the servicing systems and protocols pertaining to their corporate-and trusted-owned life insurance clients. Kent has a keen awareness and expertise with the product and plan design issues with every client he faces.
CBIZ Advanced Strategies concentrates on understanding the vision and values of his business clients in order to design and implement strategic compensation and executive benefit plans in sync with client goals and culture. In addition, this process has provided the opportunity for management succession and at the same time, helping these executives to achieve their personal planning goals.
