As a managing director of CBIZ MHM, LLC of Philadelphia and shareholder of Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., Debbie is responsible for the overall service delivery and management of engagements to SEC registrant and privately held firms within the professional services, financial services, software & technology, retail, distribution and manufacturing industries.

With more than 25 years of experience, Debbie is a recognized expert in the fields of accounting, finance and strategic management for both public and private companies and has extensive expertise in SEC matters and the financial services industry. In addition to her public accounting assurance services practice, Debbie has assisted clients with a variety of financial transactions including direct services for initial public equity offerings, debt offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, private placements and venture capital fundings.

Prior to joining CBIZ MHM, LLC Debbie was a partner in the Assurance Department for BDO Seidman’s Philadelphia office.
