Overview
Dennis Milam is a Senior Manager in the Tampa Bay Tax Practice. He has an extensive tax background with over 30 years in public and private accounting, including six years at KPMG LLP.
Dennis has guided clients in compliance reporting and issues resolution in the areas of individual, corporate and partnership taxation. He has consulted on various projects dealing with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, multi-state tax planning and transactional tax issues. He has also represented income tax clients before the Internal Revenue Service and income/sales tax clients before various state authorities.
