Overview
Dave Janosek is a Co-Tax Lead Managing Director in our Tampa Bay practice and focuses on providing tax and business advisory services to individuals and closely held businesses in diverse industry groups. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and other governmental and regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining the firm, Dave was a shareholder of a local firm and managed the tax practice for a regional firm in Ohio. Dave specializes in pass-through entity taxation for S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, including reorganizations, merger and acquisition, succession planning, special allocations, and other complex tax matters.
