Megan is Senior Manager in CBIZ's National Learning & Development Practice. She is currently responsible for the development and execution of learning and development programs focusing on managerial, business development, and interpersonal skills competencies for Financial Services professionals. She previously served as Marketing Manager for the Memphis and Tampa Bay practices where she managed the organic growth and branding initiatives.
Because her background has a heavy emphasis on professional services, Megan understands the unique sales cycle, resource management, and communication needs related to these types of businesses.
Megan currently serves on the National CBIZ Women's Advantage Board, CBU Career Center Advisory Board, Give365 Advisory Board, and Grant's Gala Board. She is the past Chapter Administrator for the Memphis Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
