David has practiced in public accounting for over 20 years, providing expert testimony, performing analyses, and offering strategic guidance in marital dissolution cases. In addition, he assists management with clarifying and solving complex corporate business matters and offering general business consulting. He combines this with his extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of income tax planning, estate and gift tax planning and financial analysis for several industries including real estate sales, development and management, international taxation, wholesale, retail and service industries. His primary areas of client service emphasize comprehensive financial and income and estate tax planning for real estate developers and managers, closely-held entities and high net worth individuals. He has assisted clients in planning and implementing comprehensive estate plans, tax deferred exchanges, cost segregation studies and business acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

Prior to joining the company in 1998, David spent over 16 years with the national accounting firm McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
