Lindsay is a Manager in the Kansas City office. She has seven years of experience in accounting and financial consulting. She focuses her time on providing valuation and litigation support services in the healthcare industry.
After graduating from Kansas State University, Lindsay started her career at a Big Four Public Accounting firm in the audit department. After leaving public accounting, Lindsay transitioned to forensic accounting and has since focused on business valuation and litigation support services. She has performed numerous business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, gift estate taxes and litigation support. Additionally, she has been involved in expert witness assignments including breach of contract, lost profits damage issues, insolvency, insurance matters and healthcare transactions.
Lindsay has assisted during discovery, depositions and trial and is experienced in Rule 26 reports. Additionally, Lindsay participated in the 2011 International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trail Academy as an expert witness.
